Testimonial

The ultimate goal of life is the acquisition of wisdom: Aristotle said wisdom is the combination of knowledge and character. Both are important but what guarantees real success in life is character. It is a process that starts very early in life guided, or more important “modeled”, by parents and teachers. Karen and Claire’s book is a very significant contribution in this area. Children will acquire the knowledge and virtues to make them good pro-social individuals by experiential osmosis, i.e., picking the examples of grownups, rather than just by teachers dispensing “notions”. This book is very practical; it gives teachers experiential tools to keep up their spirits, their vision, in function of their very challenging “ministry” with children, in this rapidly changing and conflictive world”
